Please read these instructions and follow them to launch Insite Tech's remote support by Instant Housecall.
Always Call, Email, or IM your technician to schedule your remote service call. If you are not connecting at your scheduled time, your technician will not accept your remote connection. New Clients may be prompted to enter your contact information and if needed, may be required to provide payment in advace via PayPal. Returning Clients should check in Start/All Programs to see if Instant Housecall is already installed, if so, please try to start the program from there before reinstalling, if program starts, skip to Step 5.

Clicking on the "connect to specialist" links on this page will start the connection process, there will be several steps, read them all before begining.
STEP ONE:
Click the "Connect to Specialist " link at the bottom of this page.
STEP TWO:
You will be immediately directed to a new page which includes Insite Tech's contact info, a link to a safe applet, and the "Connect to Specialist" link shown here, in the center of the page.
Click on "Connect to Specialist"

You will immediately see a Downloaded file button at the bottom of your web browser that looks like this:
STEP THREE:
Click "InstantHousecall-Set....exe " on the bottom of your browser, shown above. When you do you will see a popup screen that looks like this:
STEP FOUR:
Click "Run" on the window shown above.
The following window will launch.
It may be under your browser. To find this window, either minimize all open windows or look for the yellow blinking icon

on your taskbar and click on it.
STEP FIVE:
When you see the Instant Housecall Launch Pannel shown above, Click on

Click the link below to begin your remote session. Be sure to follow the above steps to connect.
